We read every message sent to contact@ethexplorer.org. We are a small independent team, not a customer support desk, so this page explains which messages we can act on and where to go for everything else. There is no contact form because this is a static website: email keeps things simple and means we store nothing about you beyond the message you choose to send.
What to contact us about
Corrections and factual errors
If a review, guide or score contains something inaccurate or out of date, tell us. Include the page URL, the sentence in question and a source that shows the correct information, such as official documentation or an explorer page. Our corrections policy and testing methodology describe how we verify and publish fixes.
Explorer listing and review requests
Run an Ethereum explorer, an API or an open-source indexer and want it considered? Send us the URL, the networks you support and any API documentation. We cannot promise a review, and a listing request never buys a position: every tool goes through the same tests as the explorers in our best Ethereum explorers ranking and our list of Etherscan alternatives.
Press and research
Journalists and researchers can ask us about explorer features, free API tiers or our findings. Please mention your publication and deadline in the subject line.
Problems with this website
If the live explorer tool shows something that looks wrong, send us the query you used, the network you selected and a screenshot. Remember that the tool relies on public third-party endpoints, so a short outage is sometimes outside our control.
What we cannot help with
We are an information website. We do not hold anyone's crypto, we do not operate a wallet or an exchange, and we have no special access to the blockchain. That means we cannot recover lost or stolen funds, cannot reverse, cancel or speed up transactions, and cannot access, unlock or reset any wallet. Confirmed Ethereum transactions are final for everyone, including us. For account problems at an exchange or wallet provider, contact that company's official support through its own website or app.
If you are trying to follow stolen funds yourself, our Ethereum address explorer guide shows how to trace where they went, which is useful evidence for a police report.
Response time
We aim to reply within two to three business days. Corrections that need testing against an explorer or the chain can take longer, and we will let you know when a fix is live. We may not reply to messages that fall outside the topics above, to marketing pitches, or to requests for paid placement, because we do not sell rankings or reviews. Messages are handled as described in our privacy policy.
